RJ started his career in an FMCG company before transitioning to various leadership roles in an Education Finance startup, where he became Co-Founder and Chief Admin Officer. He has a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and certificate courses in Startup Management and Business Intelligence, and is pursuing a Master's degree in Industrial Relations. He now serves as Operations Program Manager at Ansible Health, focused on improving its CRM platform to best support the startup’s growth.
